- To start the exchange process for your order, please reach out to us on support@parchaayi.com
- Kindly revert back to us with the copy/photo of the bill along with your order number over the provided mail id.
- The exchange request has to be raised within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
- You can exchange the same product in a different color/size option, or select a different product from our catalogue.
- The product under replacement should be in the exact condition as received. In case the product received by the customer is damaged, kindly share the relevant pictures along with the copy of the bill and the order number with in the same email.
- We provide a free exchange policy.
- Returned items will be accepted only in their original packaging including polyester bags, hangers, tags on garments, gift-cards etc. Any item that has been soiled, altered or damaged will not be applicable for exchange and shall be sent back to the customer.
- Replacement of the same product will not be entertained for the second time.
- Under the policy, the customer agrees to the decision made by the team Parchaayi on the exchange, and thereby, shall abide to the same – whether the product is valid to be accepted as a return or not.
- NOTE : WE DON’T ENTERTAIN EXCHANGE REQUESTS ON WHATSAPP/INSTAGRAM. Kindly reach out to the above mentioned mail id. We will make sure to revert back to you as soon as possible.

- Exchange will be applicable under the following conditions:
- The product received by the customer has a manufacturing defect.
- Wrong/incorrect item received by the customer
- The exchange process will start as soon as the product is received by team Parchaayi.
- Exchange for any small issues such as un-processed threads on the reversible side will not be applicable. Chikankari embroidery threads are kept slightly long underneath to protect the chikan work.
- Chikankari work is hand embroidered, hence every product is susceptible to minor variations in the due to the human involvement in the process. Such minor variations in motifs/stitching will not be applicable for exchange.
- Every piece is unique and hand crafted, only for you. Kindly excuse the minor variations. Thank you for you support.
